The only thing that helps me get over it is sleep. I’m a wreck when I’m hungover.

Drink lots. I alternate equal portions of water and gatorade (pedialyte also works well), eat something high in protein, take a multivitamin, and take 2 advil.

I had the worst hangover after my bachelorette party. I was told to eat toast and drink black tea. It actually worked pretty well!

Drinking a lot of water before bed helps.

Otherwise, only sleep for me.

Water, unfortunately, just makes me sick when I have a Hell Hangover. Gatorade is better for me. If at all possible, I try to eat something, but often it’s simply impossible. Then I marathon something I know and love on TV and give myself up to the pain.

@Billsgirl:  Eat a shitload of fresh fruit. Apples, oranges, bananas, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries, melons, grapes, pears, mangoes, pineapples ANYTHING you can get as long as it’s FRESH. Just have a massive fruit binge and you will feel fine shortly after you’ve filled up.

Did it myself. Woke up absolutely sick to the core after a massive night out – my hero fiance trudged across the road from the hotel to the shops to get something for us to eat (and he was just as sick as I was, if not worse!) and we were fine within the hour. Like, ‘didn’t drink at all last night’ fine.

@Billsgirl:  Yeah, it’s disgusting..but it really works! I almost throw up everytime I take it, but it’s worth it in the end.

When I was in my first year of university, my health professor told the class to drink Gatorade to cure a hangover.

It depends…. If I feel weak, tired, headache I try to drink lots of water and fluids to hydrate and I try to sleep or rest.  If i feel nauseous unfortunately the only thing that helps me feel better is to eat something greasy and bad like mcdonalds breakfast .  It’s the only time I ever eat the stuff but for some reason it works!
