maybe you were bloated because of salty foods or period time?  just try tweaking your eating habits, drinking lots of water, maybe go for a walk a few times a week.  that should help you lose those surprise few pounds.

I doubt you gained too much weight in a month so I’m sure you will be able to get it on!

Make sure you are drinking enough water and limiting salty foods. That will help flush out any water retention/bloat.

Also, try a site like myfitnesspal.com (a lot of bees are on there) to help you with the number of calories to eat per day and keeping track of what you actually eat.

@MrsRyans2B:  Wow we have the same story. Bought my dress in November and just had my first fitting and another pound or 2 and I won’t be getting into it. I have 4 months until the wedding. I am working out at least 5 times a week and stopped all snacking (except my healthy snack between meals) I refuse to buy another dress because I put on a few happy pounds.
