Im from Australia so we don’t have thanks giving but a few years ago I was on holiday in Florida and we happened to be there for thanks giving. We spent the day at Disney world and we had thanks giving dinner at Disney world. It was such a great day. I tried pumpkin pie and guess what? I loved it. I can’t remember the exact date for thanks giving but I still want to wish all the American Bees a very happy thanks giving and I hope you all stay safe with driving to parties and that you all have a fantastic day. Can someone have some pumkin pie for me?

@HappyK: I’m sure there will be more than one Bee who will have a second piece of pie for you.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the US Bees !!
So wish I was sitting down to a Thanksgiving Feast right about now… enjoy
To @HappyK: how fortunate of you to have had the opportunity to enjoy an American Thanksgiving. It really is a great Holiday.
By The Way it is not date sensitive, but rather falls on the LAST Thursday in November.
Similarly, Canadian Thanksgiving falls on the 2nd Monday in October.
Hope this helps,

Oh now I get its on the last Thursday of November. I just tried to remember the date it was when I was in America. Silly me. Thank you to everyone who had a piece of pie and not just pumpkin pie. I didn’t know apple pie was used too (I love apple pie). Also what is this American pie. It seams I missed out on some pies on my holiday. Maybe I will need to go back for another holiday some time and I will have to pay attention to all the different pies. Im sorry Canadian Bees I missed your thanksgiving. I didn’t know you had that holiday too. I met some Canadians on my holiday in China. We had so much fun with them they made me want to visit canada too ive never been there. They made it sound like such a beautiful place but maybe I’ll visit in the summer. Living in Australa we have no idea about cold winters. We know all about hot dry summers but snow and ice I have no idea.

Happy Thanksgiving a day late. We had an amazing Thanksgiving yesterday, we had about 18 people total. I’m sitting here eating the last piece of my homemade apple pie and it is so good. Funny thing is I never liked apple pie until I started baking them from scratch myself and I LOVE pecan pie but don’t know how to make it. Not a big fan of pumpkin pie but I think I need to give it a second chance.

Maybe if you make your own pumpkin pie you will like it better too? I likened the pumpkin pie I had. it was a bit rich so I could only have a small piece.
