I’ve been to Couples Negril….. and we are going again in February on our honeymoon.  I CANT WAIT.

I actually can’t even think of going anywhere else.  The service, food, atmosphere of Couples Negril have ruined me from wanting to go anywhere else.  Not to mention all the other great aspects of it.

We stayed in the Ocean View room… yes they all have mini bars.

When you arrive you’ll see a list of the booze you want stocked in your room along with the mixes, juices etc.   We thought it was a joke because on the list there were 26ers of Vodka, Rum, Rye, Gin, Scotch, along with bottles of wine.   So we ticked off one of each… and sure enough later that day there was 7 26ers sitting on our table with all the mixes.

Ugh! i’m so jealous right now…. i can’t wait to go back!!!!

I did not go to Couples Negril but we did go to Couples Swept Away which is literally a mile or so down the road. Negril is absolutely amazing and we had an wonderful experience with Couples. I’ve never heard a bad thing about any of their resorts. The staff is on point and so friendly, the food is phenominal for all inclusive, the beach is to die for and the added excursions make it well worth it. You will not be disappointed!

@RockStar33:  couples resorts totally ruined me too! i have been to a couple other all inclusives since and each time i kick myself for not just going back to Jamaica. Nothing has even come close.

@totheislnds:  I know… it was so phenomenal.   Just the service alone was amazing… all the staff new our names after the first day and they go out of their way to treat you like royalty.

I honeymooned at Couples Sans Souci, and while the rooms weren’t particularly luxurious, everything else about the resort was top-notch. I can not WAIT to go back.

@Soon2B_MrsS:  yes you can have room service.  I think at couples negril our stay included a breakfast in your room with the package but we didn’t do it.  We liked to go to the buffet

I went to Couples Swept Away-Negril (Its basically the same resort, different part of Jamaica) and we both LOVED it for our honeymoon! You don’t have to worry about money and everyone is very friendly!

Seeing as there are slight differences in resorts I can’t really say more than that. As soon as you get off the plane you can go to their lounge and have a drink and relax, they also have WIFI, you just have to ask for the password.

I have read review for both Couples Negril and Sandals Negril and almost everyone says Couples is better and that Sandals charges twice as much for about the same experience.

Have a blast! We want to go back someday for sure!
