I am getting married in March and I would love to look nice and tanned on my wedding? I dont have the time to tan outside and I was wondering if anyone has tried a spray tan before? Can you tell me about your experience and if you would recommend doing it?

20 lbs down! Wishing I saw a bigger change 🙁
In that post I have a spray tan in the second set of pics and no spray tan in the first ones. I really liked the spray tan I got! It didn’t look orange at all and it just gave me a healthy glow!

I haven’t done it myself but my sister did and she was a ridiculous shade of orange. My family still talks about it. Some people have a lot of luck with it others…not so much

Spray tans have come a long way!! I personally always opt for a hand-airbrush instead of getting in one of the spraying booths, but it does require you to strip down in front of someone you don’t know, so depending on your modesty level it could be weird. I’m sure you’ve already thought about this, but I would go once or twice before the big day so you know exactly what you like and how it will fade over the few days after you get it, since it’s usually done 1-2 nights before the day of the event. Hope this helps : )
*Edit: I guess I should add that I did get a spray tan for my wedding. I did what’s called a cocktail, which is an airbrush immediately followed by an actual session in a bronzer tanning bed. I barely had any color before I did the cocktail and really liked the result! Just a nice glow, nothing too crazy or Jerseylicious!

Please learn from my mistake and make sure that you exfoliate and moisturise your whole body prior – at least for just a few days! I was a bm and got a spray tan (which I rocked, btw!) except I didn’t know that piece of advice, so my bottom legs which are pretty dry at the best of times, were all scaly and blotchy.
Thank goodness it was a floor length gown!!

I had an airbrush tan for our wedding. It looked really natural, but I did look a little orange the day before…but it washed off and it was perfect on our wedding day!
