I’m trying to lose 15 pounds before my wedding. My fiance is a Marine and he did insanity (for fun) and bought it for me to help me reach my goal. The problem with me is..I’m having trouble waking up early enough to do it. And then when I DO wake up and get it done, I’m too sore to continue the next day. I mean I’m barely get up my stairs kind of sore.
If anyone has any tips on how to get really motivated and maybe some before and after pics I would really appreciate it! Also, after you finished insanity…what workouts did you continue with to keep your results?
