the point of this cleanse as previously mentioned is not weight loss. it is to stop relapsing on gluten, dairy, and to some extent cut my processed sugar cravings.
The example you provided is full of those things! My hope is that if I can figure out how to survive this, I’ll eat mostly unprocessed from here on out. argh. so hard! I have gotten some good tips here though. Going to extend the second day another day or two and ask if I can add coconut or avacado oil to the fruit and veggie only part.

I really wish people would stop doing these cleanses and start researching things before feeding into fads. So unhealthy!!

I’m looking to try Beach Body’s Ultimate Reset. I’ve heard great things about it and this month they are having a discount. So I’m thinking I might be trying it sooner than I originally thought.
