You take them to a place that sells glasses– and they can adjust them. They heat the acetate and gently bend them (it’s not visibly noticeable)- so they fit better.
I need mine to fot loosely because I head headaches from headbands/tight glasses.
They can make them wider or tighter. Not all places will do it if you didn’t buy the glasses from them– I am lucky enough to have a place very close to my house where the woman there is happy to help anyone out. If you try enough places- you will find one that is willing.

Thank you so much! That’s so helpful to know! I have the same issue and a wide head and needed to get my old metal glasses stretched out and bent slightly so that the arms didn’t touch my head. I didn’t realize the same could be done with acetate.
Fortunately for me, Boyfriend or Best Friend lives in a city where they have a Wedding Party store, so if I really can’t find someone then I’ll just take it to them. On their site, they say they’ll adjust them for free in the store or compensate customers up to $50 for adjustments, which sounds awesome.

Fiance bought some traditional eyeglasses from an online place called Shuron, which also has a brick and mortar shop somewhere. They specialize in glasses Made in USA. He got the frame and lenses from there, and they just shipped them to the house. The customer service was very good in terms of adjustments and stuff too.

oh!! I didn’t even know they’d accomodate adjustments– but thankfully I found someone who did it for free like I said– but that’s good to know moving forward!!!
