I have sensitive skin and love the Bliss Bikini Perfect.  They carry it at Sephora and it is so worth the money!

I’ve used one, but definitely paid like $20 for it. I didn’t get the bumps, but it certainly wasn’t as smooth as I prefer and I transitioned over to waxing.

For the bumps, I find that Aveda Exfoliating liquid really keeps them to a minimum: http://www.aveda.com/product/CATEGORY10554/PROD6142/Skin_Care/Treat_Correct/index.tmpl I swipe it on after showers. I used to get really painful deep ones and this is the best stuff i’ve ever tried.

I haven’t used one, but I use Skintimate’s Moisturizing Cream Shave for Dry Skin for like…everything, and everything ends up really smooth without bumps. It’s about $1.50 so you might want to give it a try before you drop that $60! It’s truly fantastic.
