I bought the ab circle, but to be honest I haven’t put much effort into it. I do feel it when I use it though.

I’d google reviews first to see if it’s effective – there should be plenty of impartial reviews online! Good luck!

They have the Ab Glider at my gym & they also play the infomercial on TV at the gym. It is really difficult for me to use, I think you need ab strength first to be able to benefit from it. I can’t get into the workout with it but I think that’s me, not the machine!

Years ago my mum gave herself a hernia with the ab roller, so I am always a bit dubious with these machines. You can over do it a bit

Haven’t used either of these, but I actually have an Ab-Rocker which has worked very well for me.

@misskarianne: I think it’s easier to use than most ab machines.

Your neck and your back are kept in alignment with the roller balls. Personally, I feel it will help to tone and create more definition in your abs. It will not help lose extra weight in that area. Even though my stomach was fairly flat when I started using it, I saw results in about a month with 3x a week use. My Fiance uses it 4 – 5x a week.
