I have!

So let me just say.. You are NOT going to get huge waves with a body wave… More like very structured kinks.

But heres the best thing… When you style your hair, the curl holds SO well!

My hair is super straight, and I wanted some body. I got a body wave and was sad because it didnt give me glam curls. Well, after playing around with it, I realized my hair styled like a charm. And instead of falling down by noon it stays looking decent all day.

If you dont have any big events in the next month, Id go for it! Remember, you can always straighten your hair if you dont like it… At the very least it gives you options.

I used to get them in HS, and its not really a “wave” its more like a light perm, and like the other person said “kinky” in a way.

Technology might of changed in the past 8 years though….

My friend actually posted a pic of me in HS, so here you can see how my hair was more kinky, but not tight like a normal perm (I’m the one of the left)

I also have stick straight baby fine hair – – I got a body wave about 8 yrs ago & I am thinking of getting another one any day. It doesn’t necessarily give me the exact wave I want but it does give me more options to work with. For example – when I blow dry my hair it has so much more volume.  If I decide to leave the house with a wet head I can through product in and it looks ‘cute’ for the day.  If I want to do something fancy it holds the ‘fancy….’

My vote is do it Laughing
