We went to DisneyWorld for the first half of our honeymoon.  It was really fun!  We didn’t get many perks or anything…we had buttons that said “Happily Ever After” so people usually just congratulated us and such.  And at dinner one night (at Artist’s Point in the Wilderness Lodge) we got little glasses of champagne for free.  But overall, no big perks.

I’d suggest checking out Disney-specific forums. There’s one in particular that I like that has a wedding and honeymoon subforum where people can give you guys suggestions of things to do. I’m not sure if it’s against TOS to link to other forums, so PM me if you want the URL.

We’re looking at having a Disney wedding, so we likely wouldn’t do WDW as a honeymoon, especially since we’ll both be working there by then. As far as perks and special things, it really depends on the CMs (cast members, their word for employees) you come into contact with. Some will go above and beyond to make something special for you, while others will do the minimum and get through the day. They do sell bride and groom mouse ears, which draw attention.
