I think that dream has deeper meaning…

I think this dream is your brain telling you that you are  stressing WAY too much about the ring and proposal. Your brain is telling you to chill and let yourself relax about this. Deep breaths! Try to let go and enjoy this time. 🙂 You have a lot to be excited for!

I used to have dreams that the diamond fell out. Thankfully, no more! This was right after I got engaged and extremely protective of it.

Haha! That sounds like something I could dream! But I have only dreamt of dresses, ceremony, guests etc so far!

Also, I am deeply fashinated of the deeper meanings of dreams! What do you think it means, Ct2015?

I am not an expert on dreams, but I do think they are tied into our subconscious…I think some dreams have deep meaning and I think some that you would think would have deep meaning are silly little things…

I do think the OP is OBSESSED with her ring and her proposal…I hope the proposal happens soon or this poor girl is going to drive herself CRAZY (and I hope when it happens, it is everything she hoped it would be!)….I also think at this point, it is IMPOSSIBLE for her to “relax and wait for it to happen” – she knows too much already – I think her man needs to step up and put the ring on her finger! lol (I do not say that last part to be critical in the least – I knew when my ring was in the house and THANKFULLY, my fiance put it on my finger within a couple days….I don’t understand why guys wait when you both know they have it)

As far as dreams go – I CONSTANTLY have dreams that I have to pee, but every bathroom is BEYOND disgusting, there isn’t one available, I will go in to a stall and there won’t be a toilet, etc…I have learned – that dream means I have to pee in real life and I better wake up and GO! LOL

milabeehappy: No you’re worse than bad lol. (Not being a snark, that’s why I added lol)

I think it’s idiotic to withhold the ring for weeks, months, whatever. At this point there’s no surprise and the entire proposal will have a manufactured quality to it.

milabeehappy:  I have had 4 or 5 nightmares (been engaged 5 months) about my engagement ring!

Diamond falling out is common, I’ve heard from friends they’ve dreamt that too.

Most recently, I dreamt that I forgot to take it off when putting on hand cream then the hand cream was so mucked up and stuck in the prongs/diamond I couldn’t get it out LOL.

Before I got married, maybe 6 months after our engagement, I had a nightmare. In it, not only did all of my teeth crumble and fall out of my mouth, but right after that my ring fell off, I stumbled and stepped on it. In my dream my ring was bent all to hell and the diamond center was crushed, much like my teeth. I remember stooping down trying to pick up the pieces of my ring between my broken teeth and I woke up in a cold sweat. So, yes. The answer is yes. LOL
