(Closed) Has anyone had an HSG done on cd17?

It seems strange to do it so late BUT if they are monitoring and know you havent ovulated yet then obviously they know you aren’t pregnant so they feel happy enough to do it. I’m being booked in on CD7 (once AF shows) to do my HyCoSy (basically the same thing) because rather than monitor they are using end of AF plus 2 days and my history of Oing on approx CD16 to figure I won’t be pregnant at that stage. 

Good luck with it all – everyone says the few months following a HSG are extra fertile so fingers crossed it works for you 🙂

as long as it is done before you ovulate it is ok.  i am am early ovulater, so when i got my SHG and HSG they had to be done within 10 days.

I had mine done on CD10, but the point of that was to just make sure it’s done before ovulation and there is ZERO chance you are pregnant.  If you don’t O any earlier than CD21 and are being monitored, then it’s fine though.
