@Frizzette080211:  The only issues we had were MY fault (misunderstanding shipping rules). Other than that, the entire experience was great! They answered nearly half a million questions, and the ring is gorgeous! it came in yesterday!

I honestly had a great experience with them. I first contacted them a few months after I got engaged because FH and I were on a really tight budget and I knew that we couldn’t afford a diamond at the time. I emailed them about 5 different rings and they always responded to my emails very quickly and explained everything in detail. We ordered my ring in March, right after my FH got his tax return and we had the rest of the money to do so, and I was told that my ring would take roughly three weeks to arrive. I called them several times while waiting to check on the status of my ring and they were always very helpful and courteous. My ring arrived within a week, was packaged nicely and was perfect. It fit perfectly.

I recommended the company to several of my guy friends who were looking for engagement rings and to a few of my friends that just wanted some nice jewelry. I very rarely endorse a company unless I had spectacular service with them, but I still recommend MoissaniteCo to anyone that asks where I got my ring.

ETA: Here’s a picture of my ring. I didn’t take any pictures of it in the box or anything, but here I’d been wearing it for nearly 2 years.

I have talked to them several times about different rings and customizations. They are very quick to respond and polite.

Also you can purchase your own setting from somewhere else and just buy a moissanite seperately.

I’ve made 3 purchases from them (wedding set, eternity band and new e-ring). I had QC issue with only last one which was promptly resolved. I will order from them again.

I had a great experience. They answered all of my questions (even the slightly crazy obsessive ones). There was a mixup with my band, and they corrected it without batting an eye. I haven’t had any problems with my ering, in the last two years, even with all of its little stones and all my abuse.  all in all, I’ve been pretty happy with the experience.

I will say though, I wish they would pay for shipping things back. Like I said, they shipped me the wrong band, and I had to pay for shipping it back to them. It sucks to have to pay extra for their error. But, if you are buying their standard things, I don’t think it should be a problem.

@Frizzette080211:  my ring is still in progress but the customer service so far has been great, I even got an email response on Sunday evening! But I guess the true test is if the ring is everything I’m hoping it will be 🙂

@Frizzette080211:  I will say, READ all the exchange and return policy, they have a lot of exceptions On what can be returned and what can’t.

@Frizzette080211:  which setting is it? the two problems I have mainly heard about are 1. pave bands that have stones fall out 2. the prongs suck

You can fix the first problem (if your interested in pave) by requesting extra sidestones I saw a post on WB or BTD where someone did this so they could have there setting fixed locally. Instead of sending it back and forth

The second problem I fixed by contacting them and letting them know about my concern. I want a custom prong anyway so I’m not so worried about that.

Great experience, only issue was that the chat customer service didn’t know much information and I found that e-mailing was much better.  I asked so many questions I created fake names and e-mails to not appear too strange.  The ring is more beautiful then the pictures and I had not seen any IRL pics of the ring.
