I’ve never heard it called that before, but we did make albums for our parents.

Yeah I haven’t heard it called a “mother’s book” but I think it’s pretty common to have “parent albums” which are basically the same thing.  I’m sure for some families the moms are the ones more interested in them though!

Never heard of it although we did make albums or our patents as well as Maid/Matron of Honor on best man. IMO that was a little forward of your mom, but really what mom isn’t lol. If it is a budget problems I would just explain that to her and then she can use the cd to create her own book.

I’ve also never heard of that before. There are options for parent albums, I’m having one made for the parents and one of the inlaws, however they don’t get to choose the photos. Although I may email them some options to be nice. If you can’t afford it have her pick out a few pictures she likes, and buy an album and put them in there for her. Because mine did add a lot of money to my package.

ps: I’m also getting a couple of pictues together and putting together an album for Fi’s grandparents.

She is referring to a parent album. After I booked our photographer I found out that a lot of my friend’s photography packages came with a parent album. My mom just assumed she was getting one because she though that is how all of the packages come since her friends were getting their parent album. Since she did pay for our photographer I never had the heart to tell her that our package did not come with a parents album so I had her pick her pictures and purchased one after the wedding.
