I have not seen this particular ring but doesn’t Blue Nile give you a 30 day return policy? My Fiance bought my diamond on Blue  Nile and I thought he said he coudl have refunded it if I wasn’t happy..

Oh gotcha…to be hoenst the flare seems like it’s just the angle the picture was taken at, I don’t think it would do that in real life. It’s very pretty.

I just got my diamond on Blue Nile, the setting is Tacori…it is beautiful though! He had it appraised and everythign was exaclty as the site said, and he was really happy that he went with Blue Nile over a jeweler (found them to be more honest/fair, plus no sales tax!)

@Buttercupmcgee:  Oh wow…I guess it pays to do your research then! Good luck! Can’t wait to see what you wind up with 🙂

It looks like the diamonds are kind of on top of the band so when they end, it cuts in.  I think it looks a bit odd :-/

@Buttercupmcgee:  I’ve been looking at this ring, too. Did you see the gallery when you click on the setting? I guess that doesn’t help with “real pics on fingers.”

Have you considered calling them and see if they can customize an eternity/halo band for you? I had my wedding band customized (it was a previously stocked item).

@Buttercupmcgee:  Have you considered other online jewelers such as Good Old Gold or James Allen?  The reason I ask is b/c you really need to see pictures of the actual cushion you are getting b/c you can’t tell what a cushion is going to look like based off of the GIA report and/or stats alone.  You might end up getting the “crushed ice” look which is a lot less sparkly than a non-crushed ice cushion….
