When I saw previews for The Vow I really wanted to see it, but I am a sap and just the previews made me cry! I’m not allowing myself to see it until its on DVD because I’m sure I will cry a lot. If you’ve seen it, what’d you think?

so, I saw it last night. It has a great story line, but lacks character development. Channing Tatum is nice to look at, but has the personality of a Swiffer. There were some moments that were emotional (even Darling Husband said he got a little misty and he never cries), but overall it was like a 6 on my movie scale.
I think for me it romanticizes the idea of what would happen in the previews, then gets all to realistic in the movie.

I’m not a fan of Channing Tatum so while I would like to see it…I’m waiting for DVD.

I liked it… I cried… But I don’t think that it followed the true story very closely…

It was a sweet movie.. But you can wait for the DVD. I also agree that it did not follow the real story..

the trailer made me really excited and i was so eager for when it came out but honestly it was a disappointment, wait until the DVD. I also thought the ending sucked
I still really liked it though because of Channing Tatum haha!

Channing Tatum….zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz………… he cannot act.
It’s a good movie, but definitely a rental. You’ll only cry for about two minutes, it’s not the big tear jerker that the Notebook was or anything.

i didn’t even cry! there were parts were it was sad enough to cry, but then they ruined it.
