I’ve done a seaweed wrap before.  I’m not really sure if I noticed a difference besides being relaxed.  It dehydrated me (I was warned it would) so I had to keep up with water like crazy the rest of the day.

I tired one long time ago.  It was okay, nothing I would probably do again.  I sweated like crazy during it.

I’ve done it. It’s a scam and actually pretty gross.

@peachbaby4008:  Personally, I think they’re a complete waste of money. The results only last about 24-48 hours then you have to do another wrap. Are you trying to achieve weight loss? Or what is your goal? Diet & exercise is the way to go.

I have tried a lot of body wraps but there is only ONE amazing one! It’s by It Works! you can search It Works! on facebook and find an independent distributor. These are legitimate and really do work. I use It Works! Wrap it with Maria and she is great. It’s 59 dollars for 4 wraps and I swear to you they are amazing! And if you’re not pleased with your results, you simply talk with your distributor and they will help you out!

I haven’t tried them, but i know a few reps who are pushing them.

I think it’s a pyrimid scheme.

There is no quick fix. There is only constant vigilance!

@peachbaby4008:  You can always try watching your sodium intake as sodium (salt) retains fluid in your body. Also, drink around a gallon of water per day & that bloatedness will be gone quickly 🙂 I was the exact same way. I actually cut out breads & pastas and only drink water now. I look & feel a million times better.

@phillybride61513:  This, absolutely.

I have actually tried it on three different occasions from two sellers on my stomach and arms. They both told me a wide variety of reasons that it didn’t work; worked out too much, left it on too long, didn’t leave it on long enough, I eat too healthy, I drink too much water, wrapped too tightly, not wrapped tight enough, didn’t drink enough water etc etc. Every time they had an excuse that was beyond ridiculous.

@IUrebekah3RT:  Yep, they’re a temporary “fix” to a permanent “problem.”

A classmate of mine was pushing for them, trying to sell multiples.  I asking why it was so necessary to get multiples.  She said it was because they were like “vitamins” and the effects wear off.

… OK, I’m gonna ignore the vitamin comment.  But she was basically trying to get people to buy wraps FOR LIFE.  Um, no.  Not sure why anyone would spend that much.
