(Closed) Has anyone tried out the Ab Circle Pro to get in shape for the big day?

I wouldn’t recommend it. I haven’t used it myself, but I work at a place that sells it and they get returned all the time for “not working” lol. I would recommend finding a different type of work out. If you just need to tone then I would pick up a few different sized free weights from Walmart and look up different arm exercises online. It would be way cheaper and probably more effective.

I use a workout called Turbo Fire (from beachbody.com) and in my first week of doing it I toned up so much. From constantly moving around my legs toned up a lot and it’s pretty much kickboxing to fun music so my arms went down an inch each on the bicep (not the muscle, just my fat over top lol) from all the punching 🙂 I am obsessed with it and so I would recommend it if you wanted a whole body tone up.

It looks like a blast but I’m not exactly sure it would work.  I think it might be a fun toy but thats probably about it
