Yes, I tried it on at the BHLDN store! I really liked it, but it was double my budget, so it never a serious contender for me, but so fun to try on. My review is the only one on the BHLDN website so far, if you want to see what else I though of it. The tulle was not exceptionally stiff, but not quite as soft as the tulle on some more flowly dresses with tulle skirts. It was definitely on the softer side though, but it does some bit of stiffness/structure to help give the skirt its shape.

Hi Blondi, first of all I’ll tell you right away I’m not answering your question about the tulle (cause I can’t 🙁 ) but how is the bella different than candi? it is the same thing I am pretty sure, though you have tried on both and I’ve only tried on the Candi… the bow is removable though I think which may be why BHLDN doesn’t show it on the bella.  I ordered the candi from a boutique and was beyond dismayed to find out HP produced it for BHLDN (not cheaper, but orderable and available immediately, rather than waiting for HP to make it, send it to the boutique, and have it shipped to me).  Still waiting to receive the gown.  Why don’t you just order it from BHLDN and return it?  They typically have free shipping codes and all you’re out if you return it is the $15 gown restocking fee.  I did it with 8 other BHLDN gowns before I found the Candi 🙂 Good luck and it is a gorgeous dress so go for either one! (and let me know what you find out)
