Building up muscle under where it is. It will smooth the area out.

@erinno1:You’re right it doesn’t. It is just uneaven fat storage. If you build up muscle under it it will push it out too look more even. Even the thinnest most fit people ahve cellulite the only way I fized mine was to build some super butt muscle.

@erinno1: No one said it does. Exercise just helps lessen the look of it, in most cases. Doesn’t help everyone though, one of my best friends is a marathon runner and still has a ton. ::shrug::

I’m on the thinner side and still have cellulite around my bum and thighs haha. I’ve found that when I tone up my muscles around that area it does reduce it some, and when I have a tan, it pretty much goes away. I also used firming creams for awhile and found that they helped a bit, plus helped me get some super soft skin! Here are the few products I liked best… I’ve tried lots!

@erinno1: I don’t know the cause of cellulite, but I do know that mine went away when I started running and doing 150 stairs a day. I went from cottage cheese thighs to sexy legs and bum, and I’m damn proud of them. 🙂

I used to have *more* cellulite, but I’m pretty thin now, and have certain places that just have cellulite.

The way I “get rid” of it is by wearing the right clothes so that it doesn’t show… And I spend most of my time at the beach in the water!

@Mrs.H2B: I love that Nivea lotion.  That, plus exercise/muscle toning will help to smooth it out.  I read somewhere once that if you rub ground coffee beans on the area, that will help.  I tried it every night for a week, smelled like a Starbucks, and still had cellulite.

I read good reviews about the Nivea gel shown above, though I haven’t tried it yet.

And I agree with you, OP, cellulite can happen on the most thin and tone of legs.

I’m currently using a Well-Box which is an at-home lipo-massage unit that’s been surprisingly effective. Per the instructions I’ve been using it for 20 minutes a day (10 minutes in each problem area) for the past 3 weeks. It kind of feels like I’m vacumming my butt, but (ha!) Fiance has commented that my thighs looks ‘sleeker’ and I have noticed that some of my cottage cheese  has disappeared. The unit is a little pricey ($800 used on e-bay) but I got my sister to split it with me. I am never giving this thing up!

I have been using nivea goodbye cellulite gel, and I do think it helps a bit.

Has anyone tried the Bliss cellulite creams too?
