A quick google and look at their site tells me they are a photo factory. They have sales reps. It really depends on what you want from a photographer. What you’ll get is very limited contact with the photographer and you’ll deal mostly with reps and coordinators. Usually places like that have a revolving door of photographers. You may choose one only to find they are no longer there by your wedding day. It’s the kind of place that photographers who either can’t run their own business or aren’t making enough money end Up. You will get a better price but its because they operate on sheer volume. If price is your priority and the rest doesn’t bother you then I’d say proceed with caution and get everything in writing ESP timelines and policies regarding who shoots your wedding.

Oh and please don’t get lured in by their “photo journalistic” approach. One look at their blog shows its 90% posed work. That’s not photojournalism. Their ratings on wedding wire aren’t great. Start with the filter for the lowest ratings

@alaigaie:  My fiance and I met with a company similar to this company and we were lied to straight up.(We were looking at one of the “best” photographers they had and his website wasn’t loading on their website. I asked if he had a separate website that we could try,and she told me no. Obivously he has his own website, so she lied.  Going with a company is pretty sketchy. We weren’t going to be able to meet our photographer beforehand, and we had to pay a deposit before we could even pick our photographer (so the one we like may be booked and we wouldn’t know it until after we paid).

if you are on a budget, it’s probably not horrible. but you definitely get more personal services when you work 1 on 1 with a photographer

@alaigaie:  my friend got married in dec & used christopheralexandra.com. Her pics & video turned out really beautiful and she has nothing but high praise for them. Base out of Doylestown but they travel all over the area.
