vanessa1359:  My friend rented her courthouse wedding dress from there. The dress they shipped that fit her (I think they ship you two sizes of the same dress just in case) had a small stain on it. Unfortunately there wasn’t time to get another dress, but at least they refunded her money and the stain wasn’t really noticeable. She also had issues getting the dress delivered to her apartment (I think they screwed up the address?) but that could have been the fault of the delivery company.

vanessa1359:  I’ve rented from rent the runway 5 or 6 times now and I’ve never had a bad experience. You get a dress and a free “back up” size in case you don’t know which size you’ll need. Reviewers will tell you if it runs large or small. If you’re really indecisive, you can get a second style of dress for a discounted rate. My dresses have all come on time to my apartment front door, no stains or damage. I’ve also rented a couple necklaces. They give you a pre-labeled ups package to put your dresses in, and you just have to drop it off at ups before noon on the day they tell you to (for me, it’s been Monday return for a rental arrival on Friday). I never buy dresses anymore!

YES!! This has truly changed my wardrobe! I have had nothing but great experiences and when (just this past weekend) my dresses didn’t work (one didn’t fit right, the other was torn), the girl working customer service was amazingly helpful, picked out a gorgeous new dress to send me (overnighted!), refunded me the difference, and threw in some gorgeous jewelry to match, just to make up for my trouble!

I absolutely love using this service. Wearing a $1000 dress for $80 is such fun, and their great customer service just makes it that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

I’ve rented from them quite a few times! I love it! I’ve never had an issue with it. When it comes to picking dresses and sizes, I just make sure to choose shapes that I know work on me (so since I have larger hips, I avoid getting anything that’s too fitted there). You do get the free back up size, which helps, and I’ve called them before to figure out which size they would recommend getting as my second. I’ll be renting my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner dress from them.

vanessa1359:  I love them. It’s a very well known and reputable company. It’s worth giving it a try if you thinking about it!

vanessa1359:  I’ve used it a few times for weddings and other formal events and have always been very happy with the dresses. I’ll definitely continue to use it in the future!

vanessa1359:  My friend uses it all the time and loves it. She is a size 4 though with a very thin frame. I’m a size 12 with a skinny top and a large booty! I tend to need to try things on in order for me to choose so I’ve never used it.

vanessa1359:  I agree with all PPs who love it and I don’t have much to add, just another vote of confidence. An awesome concept and great delivery system, I can’t believe I went most of my life without this service.

vanessa1359:  I love RTR!  I’ve had great experiences, even being a plus sized girl. I got my dress for our engagement party and got so many compliments. I looked like a million bucks for $30!

I LOVE RTR! I read a ton of reviews on the dresses before I rent to make sure about the sizing and so far it has worked out perfectly! No problems with getting the dress on time/stains/rips. All great experiences 🙂 So much easier to rent than buying an expensive dress for 1 occassion and never wearing again!

vanessa1359:  I used RTR to rent a dress and earrings for my engagement shoot! My only complaint is that my items didn’t arrive on the designated day but on the day after. I’d just be careful when choosing your date range and make sure to have arrival at least the day before your event in case that happens.
