Yeah, not for glassware but for preserved orchids and a few other things.  I didn’t have any problems with them (and that last month).

@mandigrl04: I’ve only ordered some string lights from them, but it was a good experience. Just pretty standard…ordered it, they came in the mail in working and great condition.

I say go for it!

I’m not sure how recent you consider to be recent, but I ordered a set of bird cages from them about 5 months ago, and had absolutely no problems at all.

I love those! I’ve heard good things about them, but never ordered from them. But I say you go for it! I don’t think you’ll find something like that anywhere else.

(This is a repeat of something I said on another post.) I wanted to add my two cents to any discussion of this company: I paid 40$ for an order of beach glass. They took my money within 24 hours, and I never heard from them again. Their “customer service” phone lines were busy 24/7, for the month I was trying to reach them (and probably now). They never replied to e-mails. They never replied to a Better Business Bureau complaint, and they never replied to PayPal when I filed a claim.

They never intended to ship me that glass. They just wanted to see if I’d forget and they could keep my money. Check out the reviews of them and look them up with the Better Business Bureau–they have an “F” grade.

I ordered 24 glass hurricanes from them about a month ago, and recieved them with absolutely no issues within a week and a half or so. I test-ordered just one hurricane about 2 months before that, and also had no issues with that order.

My fiance’s theory is that they have a more limited stock on hand than they claim on the website, so when an order comes in that they can’t fill they just ignore it.

Either way, there are definitely people whose orders go through fine. Mine was not one of them. I would have been fine if they’d been upfront with me about it and said “We don’t have that in stock,” or refunded my money, but I literally could not reach them by any means, and I tried for more than a month. If I hadn’t noticed that I’d never gotten a shipping notification, it would have been too late to start the dispute with PayPal and get my money back. And I’m not the only one. Google “Save On Crafts reviews.” 57 ratings on ResellerRatings, and one star out of five.

I am REALLY bitter about it. Forty bucks is not chump change to me. And what if I’d ordered more?

Please never buy from save on crafts. I received the wrong product, dark blue sea glass when I requested light blue. When asked for a shipping refund, I was denied. I was given very bad customer service and was then hung up on by the rep.

BEYOND AWFUL customer service. Please wedding bees do not buy from them
