I think that dress is actually beautiful and looks great on you – reminds me a little of the dress that Carolyn Bissett kennedy wore for her wedding. It’s simple, ethereal, and elegant. I think you can see if you can let it out a little if you want it to look a bit more flowy and not too tight on you that you feel you need to lose weight. You are already thin so I don’t think there’s any need for you to lose weight! And accessorize!! A gorgeous statement necklace, blingy bracelet, and sparkly earrings will really bring out the WOW factor! Not to mention a gorgeous long floor-length flowy veil. Just a few ideas… 🙂 But honestly, you really don’t need to change anything – it is absolutely lovely on you!

I think its very elegant and romantic. Adding a small bit of crinoline underneath will give you more volume at the bottom and create a curve.

You look so beautiful in this dress. I absolutely love it.

No no no to a spray tan. You skin is glorious. It is beautifully even and creamy. It looks perfect in these photographs.

Hmmm…looks like one size too small maybe? My wedding dress was $100, custom made to my measurements in China (on Amazon) and made it to me in less than a month. You could ask your mom or someone to help buy an Amazon dress instead of a wedding gift. Just a thought.

The dress is tight but wouldn’t look nearly as amazing if it weren’t! I get feeling like you need to lose that “last 10 pounds” all the time but you really don’t, your figure looks awesome and the dress brings attention to it! Also, your skin doesn’t look bad, it looks great with the color of the material. When I look at that photo I see a beautiful bride. If you aren’t used to wearing things this revealing, though, I can understand why you’d be feeling self conscious, and that’s okay! Just here to say that you look great!

it’s gorgeous and fit your body so well

If you are feeeling self conscious about the dress being too revealing, perhaps a tulle overskirt may make you feel more comfortable. It could also help to create that waist definition you are after.
Losing 10 pounds is easier said than done. Unfortunately we cannot always lose weight from the areas we we won’t to the most. I agree with the other PP about alterations so the dress isn’t so tight around the lower body. The fit of the upper body is perfect and very flattering so no need to change that.
You also mentioned about getting a spray tan. If it is not something you usually do I would proceed with caution. I love having a fake tan myself as it makes me feel and look so refreshed and healthy. I self tan at home with tanning mousse. If your skin is very pale a self tanning daily moisturiser would be a better option as you will have more control over the colour and can build it up to the level you like. Always use a tanning glove too to avoid the dreaded yellow palms. My favourite brand is Bondi Sands. (Make sure you experiment well in advance of the wedding and not the week before so it can fade away of you don’t like it)

I love your dress and I think you look amazing in it. Not a lot of people can pull off that style but you definitely do. Like a few people mentioned the belt sits a little low but thats an easy fix. You can also order another belt with more bling if that’s what you like.
If you still don’t feel confident try a body shaper but I really don’t think you need it.

the dress is so beautiful on you. With the belt a tad higher I think it would be perfect. I agree you don’t need shapewear, but if it would make you feel better you can get a skin colored one (I got one at Target but if you don’t have one nearby maybe Amazon?) and then try on the dress and see how you feel! I also think the dress color and your skin tone look great, don’t need a spray tan! But if you feel inclined I like the Jergens. It’s a slight glow lotion. Best of luck! You already look gorge in it!

Run! Quickest way to slim down or get spanks! I think you look gorgeous in the dress. It looks very romantic!

Wouldn’t advise getting anything from China right about now, one of my groomsmen just had to go and get a suit in a rush as his original suit was massively delayed from China due to the virus.
OP, I think your dress looks beautiful on you! The right shapewear will help it hang better.

you look amazing. I wouldn’t spray tan and I wouldn’t change a thing about there dress!

I think that that dress looks lovely on you and shows off your gorgeous shape.
I also think that the back isn’t so low that you couldn’t wear any shapewear, so I’d try different ones and see if any look good with the dress.
I wouldn’t spray tan either. Your skin looks lovely as-is, and if you try to spray tan you could end up looking too orange or uneven/blotchy. There are so many tanning fails that I wouldn’t risk it for the wedding day.

I feel the same way about my dress and you look much better than I do. Your stomach is flat, you look fit and thin. I would just get some thin spanx and it will make you feel more confident. I love a spray tan and feel it makes me look better in white, but I will have an experienced sprayer do it, and a trial run for sure. I do not like a lot of tanner on my face, so I really just need my body lightly done. St. Tropez has a great mouse you could try if you just want a little color. But practice for sure.
