    I’ve made a guest list.  I have looked at potential vendors’ websites, but have stopped short of emailing/calling/contacting them in any way.

    I haven’t bought any bridal magazines but have perused while in the store haha

    Guilty! I even have a private pinterest board that only I can see for wedding related pins. I also recently began e-mailing venues to get an idea of pricing. My SO thinks I’m a little nuts for starting to plan for a wedding that is over a year away before he proposes, but oh well. Looking at wedding suff is fun for me, so I’m not planning on stopping!

    @arsing89:  Same here.

    I have a few dresses marked on Pinterest that I will be interested in looking into further in the (hopefully near) future! Also it’s impossible to not get some other ideas while on there so I just pin whatever else I see that I like. Nothing too crazy yet!

    I’ve started making my side of the guest list and gather the addresses I have, but I’ve only included family so far.  I’ve looked online at wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses but I haven’t actually talked to any venues or things like that.  It’s fun to look a little bit and it keeps me sane while I wait.

    Yes and no.  Ever since we set an “if we get married, this is the date we’ll do it on” date, I’ve been looking more seriously at the actual logistics of a wedding ceremony and reception, even though there has been no proposal.  I think it’s because that date is almost exactly 2 years away, and ideally I’d like a long engagement that afforded us (which really is going to mean me, in all honesty) a minimum of 1 to 1 1/2 years to plan the wedding (with 1 1/2 being preferable).  I guess I’m feeling crunched for time already, even though we’re not engaged.

    I haven’t asked for prices on venues or made any commitments on things, though.  After all, despite having a “maybe” date, we’re not engaged yet!
