Who’s started getting wedding gifts? Lets share…
What was the first one you recieved – or – what was your favorite wedding gift of all?
I got this early bridal shower gift today which ROCKS! I love Chucks and my Bridesmaid or Best Man got some made for me and her that match, in the wedding colors with "Bride 2008" on mine and "Bridesmaid 2008" on hers!!!

My wedding is in June, but we got our first gifts from my grandmother the other day: flatware, everyday dishware and 2 Wusthof knives…woo hoo! So now the question is do we use them now or wait until after the wedding?

We got our first gift last month from my brother and his fiance (a comforter that we registered for) and we use it.

OooOO, I love your new shoes! Perfect colors.
We just got our first gift yesterday- flatware! Yay! I felt sad to put them aside in a spare closet, though- I felt I couldn’t use them until I was married. Weird.

We’re not getting married until October but we have gotten a few engagement presents off our registry – Grandma got us luggage for a cruise we took in December, other Grandma got us the coveted Kitchen Aid mixer, we got a panini press from some relatives and Mom purchased all of our fancy silverware and she’s giving it to us in twos. I got 2 sets for my bday, Fiance two for his. I know other stuff has come off the registry too. Cant wait!
