Depends. How many reviews total, and how many are negative.

In marketing we go by rule of 9. You are 9 times more likely to hear negative reviews than positive.

What do the reviews address specifically?  Is it the quality? the punctuality? the music? they way they were dressed?  Then you have to ask, did the people give them a list of songs/photos they wanted and didn’t want?  Because some people do not take responsibility, and some people are more nitpicky than others.  Read the reviews carefully, email the reviewers (if that is possible) and find out what they didn’t like specifically and why?  Remember, there are 2 sides to every story.

I also agree with lefeymw, people will complain 9x outta 10.  Also look at the dates on the reviews?  how long ago were they?  Guaranteed no matter which vendor you choose, there will always be a bad review or two because people are just like that.

read the dates too. my wedding venue had terribelle reviews about the coodinater but they were several years old. i talked to the coodinator when i met with her and it was a whole different lady.
