@slydon:  I haven’t, but I have seen groupons/living socials for them if you decide to try it.

It seems a little too out there for me, but I wonder how well they work…

@slydon:  I have a friend who swears these helped her fit back into her jeans after she had a baby. She was having them done a couple times a week. She looks fabulous but she was also dieting and working out. I’m not sure if the wraps really helped or just gave her the motivation to keep up her good work. Either way I don’t think it’s a bad idea as long as you drink a ton of water before and after. Smile How many inches did you drop?

A friend of mine who is a massage therapist too works at a spa and does these wraps. She says that they actually do work, but some clients have actually experienced serious bloating a few days later (where they bloat to bigger than they were before the wrap – and then go back to where they were before the wrap). They just don’t last very long… I think its mostly just water weight that you lose.

But if you want to lose a couple inches for the day immediately after the wrap, it works!
