‘Cause I have!
As like eeeeeeveryone knows, we’re going with what I like to call, “full fledged fall”. We’re getting married outside in the Adirondacks during peak fall foliage so I thought it only appropriate to cash in on the free decor.
What started out as fall colors and maybe a pumpkin or two has spiraled into a whole god damn fall obsession! Let me give you a little tour around what is “full fledged fall”…
Burnt orange bridesmaids dresses (for the record, the color shown on here is toooootally different than it is in person – wish they’d fix that):
Chocolate brown tuxes with burnt orange ties:
Mini apple pie favors (orchard fresh the day of!):
Kids candy buffet signs (this will be used as their tables centerpiece & I know Reese’s is spelt wrong, lol):
Appletini signature drink:
Apple cider donut midnight snack:
Ring pillow alternative:
Has anyone else gone totally theme crazy or am I the only nutcase?

So, I guess I’m the only theme nutcase! Bummer… =)

You are not a nutcase!! I think you have the best ideas and are so talented in the craft department. I would love to see your wedding in person. After your wedding, you can work on mine if you want. I’m going nuts over here. I want to buy everything I see in blue and white. Our friends call or text me when they see something I might like. Fi and his guy friends bet me $100 I couldn’t go 6 hours without mentioning WB, weddings, or blue and white anything. lol

I think that it all works awesomely together. Totally going to be beautiful.

Um, can I come? 🙂 I love your decor! You have done such a fantastic job!! I am just hoping I can be as creative as you are!!

Can’t wait to see how everything comes together on your big day! What will you plan and DIY when it’s over??!! Your theme is FALL-nomenal!

@UpstateCait: Love it. Can I come?

@melisslp: I’m totally going to be one of those depressed brides after it’s all over. I guess I’ll have to go back to planning mock weddings like I used to before we were engaged. I know, I’m such a loser! lol

Thanks ladies. I was worried that our guests will be nauseated by the never ending sea of fall but now that I think about it, what do they expect? They know when and where our wedding is so it would be silly for me to not bank on the fall theme.
Has anyone else gone off the deep end? If so, share!!!!

I think you’ve gone theme crazy, but in a good way. It doesn’t look tacky. It all flows so well-I think you’ve done an awesome job!

I freaking love it! When I was thinking of doing a fall wedding I was for sure theme-obsessed. There’s so many great fall ideas (and I was dead set on pumpkins with the monogram etched out and caramel apple favors). As a demonstration, some of my all time favorite Fall-themed inspiration (saved to my Fall wedding folder of course).
As it so happens, we will be having a March wedding with a Spring Nautical theme. I am currently obsessed with pinwheels.

honestly, i’m jealous!! i love how you are carrying your theme through in everything. i have a “sophisticated garden party” theme, and i am struggling for little ways to incorporate the theme….if you ever get bored planning your own theme, i wouldn’t mind the help with mine!! =)
