Ordering invitation samples when they’re free is my guilty pleasure , eventhough I’ve already made up my mind about invitations. It’s so fun to receive them in the mail, I feel like a kid again wihen the toy catalogue would come. Anyone else do this or am I crazy?

I don’t, but my mom does. It came in handy when I started getting sick once and she had like 12 packets of Emergen-C.

@mepayne: I never thought of ordering useful things! I think you’ve just opened up a whole new avenue of fun free stuff to order!

My dad orders stuff just because it’s free.. T-shirts a big thing he likes to try and find for free which makes no sense because the shirts they send him NEVER fit him. (He is 6ft 9in and wears I think a 3x shirt)

I don’t, but I do sign up for business/restaurant email clubs for free things on my birthday.

@renwoman: You can get sooo much stuff! It’s really useful, especially if you travel a lot.

all the time! perfume, razors, snacks, pet food, cosmetics/toiletries, you name it, i’ve asked for it, lol. my husband used to laugh at me, but he’s been impressed by what i’ve received. i use the little bottles/packs/tubes of shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc for travelling or i put them in our guest bathroom in case anyone needs them. extra medicine is always good to have. and i love when i can score sample packs of tampons/pads. i can always use those!

I do! I once got nail polishes from Martha Stewart’s Weddings magazine.

All. The. Time.
Even before I was googling invitations and thank you notes, I always signed up for freebies like mentioned above. And then I saw wedding-related freebies and I almost fell off my chair. Now I get something in the mail almost every day! I love it! My SO thinks I’m crazy too, though, but when he needed extra razors, he was super happy.
