There’s not much you can say since your contract didn’t state when she had to have them to you. This is a big big mistake unfortunately. Some folks wait 1-2 years because of that sort of thing. Just continue to be patient and kind – you never want to piss anyone off when you’re still waiting for them to hold up their end of the bargain. I’m wondering if maybe she doesn’t have much experience with albums and is having a hard time with it? Or she may have spent all the money you paid her ahead of time and doesn’t have it to cover the album? There are a ton of things that could be going on there, especially with a new photographer.

@AbbyDabbyDoodleBug: Copyrights or print rights? big difference! Yep I’d just be consistent – email her once a week and don’t get too emotional. Is she still doing a lot of work right now? It’s strange that she’s posting updates from other work if she doesn’t have time to work on your album. If you have to leave bad reviews then you just have to do that, but I wouldn’t do it until you’ve gotten the album or are mentally prepared to never get it.

I would just send her a friendly email asking what you can do to speed up the process. Are you picking out your own images? If so then I would send her a list of your favs you want to see in the album, etc. That should give her the hint.
