    I haven’t decided yet!  I’m looking forward to getting ideas from the other bees.  I’d love to walk down the aisle to the Beatles All You Need is Love…but I think that might be strange.

    Instrumental version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. At this point, I’d consider that traditional.

    I walked down the aisle to Lou Reed singing “Perfect Day”. It was, too!

    I walked to acoustic guitar playing a Buckethead song. Pretty non-traditional.

    Instrumental version of “you’ll never walk alone”

    My FI is a massive Liverpool fc fan. It made his day when I suggested it

    @Steampunkbride:  Aww, love that song!

    I’m leaning heavily towards VSQ version of Ho Hey! by the Lumineers and recessional being Home (with lyrics) by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros.

    I LOVE Train’s “Marry Me.” I did not hear it until after I was married, though. I still would have chosen to walk down the aisle to the traditional wedding march, however.

    Haven’t decided, either a string quartet version of “In My Life” or an instrumental version of the Princess Bride theme song.  Trying to figure out the logistics of having music on the beach for the ceremony.

    I am walking down to an acoustic version of wedding dress by matt nathanson, with lyrics.  My cousin is going to play/sing it, should be nice! He is doing all the ceremony music and our first dance.

    @ajillity81:  Some churches actually don’t allow that to be used.

    We’re all walking to “Let Me Down Easy” by Billy Currington (with lyrics). Recessional is “Home” by Phillip Phillips.

    Processional is “Without you Here” by the goo goo dolls (with lyrics) and the recessional is Train’s cover of “Only You”

    I have loved Without You Here for the LONGEST time. When I first heard it, back in high school, I decided it would be my first dance song. And I never attributed it to a boyfriend so I could “keep” it haha.

    When I started dating with FI and knew he was so special, I finally allowed myself to think of him when I heard the song! Turns out, he has different ideas for our first dance, but that makes it more special for “us”… the processional is me walking to meet him, basically, so the song works so perfectly for it.

    @hazyleyedbeauty:  I am walking down the aisle to Charlene Soraia’s cover of Wherever You Will Go (originally recorded by The Calling.)  It’s beautiful and slow and sweet.
