@hazyleyedbeauty: We are using “Make you feel my love” an acoustic mix for the bridal party, 1000 years by the Piano Guys for me/dad, and recessional is just the way you are but the glee version (our senior dance song was the original but that version seemed a little fast to walk to).

- Wedding: October 2013 - A Beautiful converted Barn
@hazyleyedbeauty: we have a harpist who is playing all our music through the ceremony and drinks reception, she sings aswell.
my BMs entered 1st and then me and my dad came in – i had us all walk into the same music…. The Ice dance from Edward Scissorhands. me and hubby are major film nerds so all our ceremony music was movie related. Edward scissorhands is my FAV film ever – just seemed right to walk into it.
we signed the reg to ‘grow old with you’ (wedding singer), ‘Now we are free’ (gladiator) and ‘accidentally in love’ (shrek)
for our exit music we walked out to ‘Life’s a happy song’ (the muppet movie)

@hazyleyedbeauty: Vitamin String Quartet’s version of Can’t Help Falling in Love With You. Fiance wanted a procession too, so he’s coming in to their version of God Only Knows.

Is there an instrumental version of “Best Day of My Life” by American Authors? Because I’m seriously feeling that one for processional or recessional, but I’m not sure if I want to do instrumental or with lyrics.

@hazyleyedbeauty: we’re walking to the instrumental version of our song – the actual version is completely wedding inappropriate!

It took me forever to find the song I am walking down the ailse to – I finally found “How Long Will I Love You” by Ellie Goulding (after weeks of searching) which expresses what I feel for my Fi and has a beautiful melody/song.
My Fi is a big time heavy metal fan so for the wedding party enterance (we’re having the groomsmen and bridesmaids walk together) we are having an acoustic song by Corey Taylor from Stone Sour so that way he is represented as well.
Still deciding on the recessional song ……

I’m a very traditional old fashioned gal and my husband and I are both rock musicians so when I heard the rock version of the bridal march I was in love. I walked to that
