You have over a year – plenty of time to decide your colors.  You’re having a winter wedding so your colors will be perfect – very New Years Eve colors!  It’d look a bit silly having orange and yellow at the end of Dec – those are summer colors.  You coudl lighten it up a bit with some white and light purple flowers.

@malouloune:  You should do what makes you happy. When others give you unsolicited advice, just say “thanks but everything has been set already”.

Don’t let others run your wedding! Have fun planning – this is your & FH’s day! ๐Ÿ™‚

@malouloune:  I’m getting married on Saturday and am having the same colors as you picked out!!!  It’s not too dark.

Those colors sound amazing!!  Definitely throw some light teal or blue into the mix if you want!  I am doing jewel toned purple, cobalt blue, silver, and green from flower leaves.  I think it may be too bold for some but it works for me! ๐Ÿ™‚

@malouloune:  I think your colors are fine and pretty……….when I was planning my wedding my colors were charcoal grey and silver only……so my bestie told me i need a pop of color so I added hints of pink. Don’t worry….things will come together and don’t listen to negative comments…….do what you want, its your wedding not hers or her cousins!
