They both look gold to me. It’s just that one is a little darker. Maybe a new ink cartridge or something. but the darker one is clearly still metallic.

It’s always great when a company rectifies its mistake like that.  I would definitely give them another chance.  Hope they come out great!

Or maybe you meant $9.50 extra for each design. Like $9.50 extra for gold on the invites, $9.50 extra for the RSVP card, etc…

so like $27-29 more for your suite?

Because when i first read that, I pooed my pants on how much money I could be charging for extra special things! LOL. In my head i’m like (200 inviations x normal printing fees)($9.50)=$$$$$$$$$$$$

Footballwife:  I’m glad they are making it right for you. I ordered invites from DB and when I got them some of the ink was smudged and there was a misprint. I emailed their CS department and a new order was shipped out within an hour of our initial communication. I was really impressed with their CS.

Lucky you. They screwed up my personalized pint glasses by printing the wrong design and blaming me when clearly the error was on their part. Then to “rectify the situation,  they offered me 25% off. I didn’t have the energy to fight about it, so I just took it and moved on, but I will never order anything custom from them again.
