I totally would call. And tell the person that answered you were told it was a rush priority call and you are getting nervous and anxious and would like to speak to him as soon as he can.

Ok this is completely a joke so don’t take it the wrong way, but I think you need to take your own “relax” advice! Haha you are freaking out about every little thing, which I know is normal to do in pregnancy, but getting yourself so stressed out doesn’t do you or baby any good.  I would think if there was an issue with your Hcg levels, they probably would have called you back.  In the medical world, usually “no news is good news” because if there is actual bad news to report, doctors usually make it a point to call their patients and let them know.  Just call back, I’m sure OB offices are more than used to worried pregnant women calling them.
