So I called to get my HCG levels yesterday and the lady told me the doctor has to call me. So I thought no big deal that’s fine. Then she said, “I have to make sure your call is rush priority.” So I’ve waited and waited and waited and no one has called me back. Should I call again? Would the doctor have called me by now if it was something important?
I did blood work the 4th and they received them on the 5th.
I called yesterday which was the 6th.
Should I call back?

I totally would call. And tell the person that answered you were told it was a rush priority call and you are getting nervous and anxious and would like to speak to him as soon as he can.

Ok this is completely a joke so don’t take it the wrong way, but I think you need to take your own “relax” advice! Haha you are freaking out about every little thing, which I know is normal to do in pregnancy, but getting yourself so stressed out doesn’t do you or baby any good. I would think if there was an issue with your Hcg levels, they probably would have called you back. In the medical world, usually “no news is good news” because if there is actual bad news to report, doctors usually make it a point to call their patients and let them know. Just call back, I’m sure OB offices are more than used to worried pregnant women calling them.

@cowgirlace: Haha I shall take my relax advice! haha I just want to make sure everything is on track. I think mostly because we’ve already told our imediate family and I feel like if something were to go wrong everyone would be dissapointed in me. I called and they said they will call by the end of today.
