Oh dearest, I hear you. Sweets and fast food are my weakness. I would echo everything most of the Bees have alread said! I’m sorry that you haven’t seen any results on the scale, but if you keep pushing, the pounds will come off!
If you find that dinner is your weak point than that’s where you start. Look for healthier versions of the food you already cook! Switch out unhealthy ingredients for the healthier version, weither it be less fat, fat free or even reducing your sodium intake will help.
I love skinnytaste.com, the recipes are easy and great.

thanks for all the responses. I haven’t had any time to get back on here and respond. I think my weakness this week lies in PMS. it’s soooo bad this week, worse than I’ve had in forever. And I’ve been craving junk like crazy. But guess what? my trainer yesterday changed up the routine, added more weight, and I actually lost two pounds. It’s probably water weight, but at least it’s something. I am starting to look a lot more trim, which is good. I’m doing a chest press with 50lbs!!
I’m going to keep coming back to this post to reference all the great ideas you have given me, and for encouragement also. I’m going to try work out when I can on our vacation (we leave tuesday!) and eat as sensibly as I can too. I really appreciate all the help.

I was skimming this thread for some advice (I’m alwys tempted by tasty treats) and there’s some really good stuff here!
I wanted to add that Fiance and I tend to eat salads before dinner to help fill us up because we’re on Weight Watchers and veggies are free. I LOVE ranch dressing, along with all of the creamy dressings. baby carrots and ranch are one of my favourite snacks. My Fiance introduced me to Walden Farms calorie free dressings. They’re not exactly the same taste as full calorie Hidden Valley or anything, but for 0 calories? I’ll gladly use them over the alternative! My salads used to cost me at least 2 points depending on the dressing. Now they cost 0! We get them at out local health food store, but looks like you can order them from the website, too.
