In to see photos! The London is one of my absolute favorite dresses! My wedding isn’t for a year and a half so I haven’t tried it on yet.

Nordstrom carries a similar one to the London by Rosa Clara that I’m also dying to try on. It’s a little more sleek!

Edit: In case you couldn’t tell…I’m rooting for the London!

You might want to add a poll…for me, it’s London by a mile. I love the wide horsehair trim, the volume and how chic the bodice is. The Mila falls flat in comparison.

@limekitty:  I don’t think it looks haphazard at all! It definitely looks fun. I also love ML dresses. We have similar taste! (Meaning that you obvious have great taste, hahaha.) If you’re doing two dresses, why not go for two totally different ones? Continuity is nice, but at that point, why not just keep the same dress? I’m a go big or go home gal, myself.

@limekitty:  London WAS my dream dress. I went to a boutique that carries Hayley paige dresses but they didn’t have it on the say my appointment was but I got to try a few other dresses, including my, now, dress- the guindon.  I ended up loving the guindon but I still needed to be sure if I would love it more than the London.  Two weeks later, they brought in the London and I tried it on.  Maybe I had such high hopes/expectations, but it wasn’t flattering on my body.  It had a really high empire waist due to the wide belt/sash and it really “shrunk” my torso.  Since the skirt is so full, I felt like I was wearing a tutu right under my boobs.  It was so unflattering on me that I didn’t even want a picture of me in it.

I’ve tried on both. I searched for the londyn for the longest time! I ended up going with a difference dress, but it’s really light for having so much volume bc of the horsehair trim. Mila is more natural waist, but I didn’t like the lace. It was a little stiff… But both dresses are lovely! I would say the londyn is more unique and has more wow factor.

    And the Mila

Having seen the pics, my vote still goes for Londyn. It’s got so much drama and looks so flattering in the waist, whereas I feel the Mila is less flattering and just a bit dull, to be honest. The bodice is also so similar to your other ML, you may as well add an organza skirt over that one for the same look.

I just bought the London and absolutely love it!! When shopping for my dress I didn’t have a budget because if I loved it I would pay the price. My runner up dress was the Lazaro 3201 but I ended up going with the London….I felt like such a bride.

My dress arrives the week of May 19 2014 for alterations. I would be happy to post images when it arrives. I got the matching veil and raised the bust line 1″ tapering to the side.

i will be selling the dress after…I got a size 8 and am a street size xs on top. My measurement according to designer sizing was 6 bust (32DD), waist and hips 12. I was between 8/10 but opted for size 8.
