I think given the location it would be a fun option to have and those who don`t want to can opt out!

I think it sounds great!  As long as it fits into your budget. 🙂

Hmm…it may draw people away from your reception – if you don’t mind that then go for it! Keep in mind that some people who do well outside may have really really bad allergies on the hayride so maybe some OTC allergy meds on the Out of Town bags would be helpful!

Totaly awsome however is it straw bale? If so cover them with blankets so no one gets straw in there dress.

Personally as a guest I would not want to sit on hay in my nice clothes.

I love hay rides, but I wouldn’t want to go on one at a wedding, I don’t think. I’d most likely be wearing nice clothes and somewhat nice shoes, and I wouldn’t want to clamber aboard.

We didn’t have a hay ride, but we did have a horse drawn sleigh! Our guests loved it!

We thought about this too, we hare having our rehersal dinner at the same place and I did not really want it at the wedding as it takes away from it, thought about it for the rehersal dinner, fits in better there, but there wont be as many kids at the rehersal dinner so we decided to just not do it.

I say no, it takes away from your wedding, your special day!

I would lovei t (: I’m from the country though so I’m used to sitting on hay and stuff haha. It wouldn’t bother me, even if I was dressed up.
