@Mrs Christopher:  I would like to join. I am at 192. I have lost a total of 17.5 lbs in the last 6 weeks. I am a little discouraged because I only lost .5 lbs last week. Hopefully this thread will give me some extra support 🙂

@Mrs Christopher:  I’d love to join! Started out the the beginningof January and have lost 9.4lbs so far! 

 

Current weight is 179.4!

I posted on the first thread and then totally forgot to weigh in on Monday so I’m joining back in 🙂

Beginning weight: 206

Monday’s weight: 205

The good:  I made it to boot camp 3 days and the gym once, and exercised over the weekend.

The bad: I haven’t been the most strict with my diet, and I strained my ab in boot camp so had to take ab exercises lightly.

I would like to join! I’m gained ridiculous amounts of weight in the last two years. Went from 180 to 210. I need to start for sure! I need all of the support I can get. I keep starting 30 day shred, but don’t seem to have the motivation to keep it going.

So… week two is half over, and I haven’t run once.  I just realized I am in really rough shape at school and have been majorly stressed.  But despite temptation, I still haven’t cheated on my diet, so that’s good.

I’m down a pound, but feeling pretty rough this week. I’ve eaten better, but need to get to the gym to do something.

@Mrs Christopher:  I make massive amounts of food whenever I cook, so I have leftovers for the fridge and freezer, and there is always a meal ready to go.  I also made a “no snacking” rule, because the snacks where I overeat.  Three meals a day.  Lots of water.  Portion controlled.

I’m also an intermittent faster, so if I know I’m going to have a very hectic day away from the kitchen or a microwave, I’ll make it my fast day so I don’t need to worry about meals.

Sounds crazy but once you’ve been fasting on a regular basis, it becomes a bit of a relief not to have to worry about what you’re eating that day.
