Oh comon! Really… so she tricks her way into medication over being “depressed” over not getting engaged….. This IS TOTALLY FAKE or she is a sneaky kniving person. Her title of this post was HE LISTENED ; her intro into the “waiting bee” thing said Why cant I just find a guy that wants to give me my dream ; AND she SAYS in her Original Post says that she is sharing her STRATEGY!

I will not say congrats for forcing a proposal!

@swtTea: I think it has a lot less to do with getting engaged early and a whole lot more to do with the extremity and seemingly (to me, anyways) conniving way she got him to propose- the fact that she got to that point in just 5 months is the kicker, not that they got engaged after 5 months.

Good luck, OP- I hope that you continue seeing a psychologist and don’t consider your recovery complete just because you were prescribed meds and got engaged, mental illness cannot be cured with medication and a ring on their own.

@hopetobe:  I am happy for you that money is not going to be a problem, because being poor AND out of your mind would really suck.  I am not trying to be mean but this is insane.  I hope his parents don’t find out what you did, they would be furious (with good reason).  If a girl did this to my son I would completely lose it on her.  I wish I could tell him to run the hell away.  Have you seen Fatal Attraction?  That movie is all I can think about while reading this thread.

if this is real good luck but I would suggest therapy because medications can make things even worse if you are not working correctly towards healing yourself and they have nasty side effects (example decreased libido – aka no baby making because you wont feel like it) so if you could heal without chemicals it would be better for you and your future.

Well, if she was so upset about not being engaged that she had to go on meds, she shouldn’t need them now that her Fiance was guilted into proposing, right?  Oh if only things were that simple….
