Oh! It is very pretty but the one he will give you will probably be even prettier. πŸ˜€

aww that’s super pretty, he’s been working hard! I have not heard of that site before but they do have a better business bureau rating, a physical address, and a phone number which are all ways you can check into their legitimacy πŸ™‚

Really pretty. I think I’ve seen that site before. No idea as to the reputability.

One recommendation, I know there aren’t a lot of rings pre-set with emeralds, but a LOT of reputable jewelers, especially independent ones, will take settings and put any gemstone in it, given proper size and shape. I know brilliantearth.com will usually do this if you contact them, and you can see the prices for settings on their site seperate from any gems, which will give you an idea within a couple hundred dollars of the price with an emerald in it.

I went to a jeweler last year, said I really wanted a sapphire, and he gave me a huge book of settings and said I could pick anything from the book and he could set a sapphire in it. You might get a lot more variety potential doing this. Though if your SO is like mine, he might want to stick to the online stuff.

@buzzyplush: I agree, this is a good way to get a gem stone ring.  Also, I love Brilliant Earth!  My e-ring is from them πŸ™‚  If you could somehow communicate that to your SO….

I have a pic idea!! Get a set of weighted balloons and tie the ring to the string. Then get a pic of the string the ring and the balloons!
