AHHH! THANK GOD YOU GOT IT BACK!! Just in time, too. He better give you one heck of a proposal! My ring just shipped yesterday and it will be delivered to my FMIL’s house. She lives on a horse farm, so there are multiple places that the package could be delivered. I’m pretty nervous about my ring getting lost too, but I’m trying to just not think about it. I’m so happy that everything worked out for you!

Whew! I am glad you found the ring in the end… But at the same time, heads up that post offices are usually super strict about who mail is addressed to, so I can totally see why what happened, happened. Now you and your Fiance (!) know for next time – either address it to the person whose address it is, or add a c/o (care of) line with that person’s name.

Also, if a package is going to a PO box of any kind, it may need to be shipped to a different address! A chunk of my Christmas presents were late this year because they were stuck on a courier truck who couldn’t deliver to my PO box!

Wait, what? After all that, you’re not just going to let him put the ring on your finger and be engaged already? I mean, not only is the cat out of the bag already, but I’d be afraid of another mislocation mishap. I wouldn’t let that ring out of my sight!

Glad you found it. But I gotta say, I’d be pissed that my future Fiance wasn’t the one busting his hump to find the ring. He should have done all of the things you had to do!

I’m sorry that you went through that, but I don’t think it was your fiance’s fault. I understand you’re stressed but I would go easy on him.

Glad you found your ring but I would go easy on your guy… this recent slew of winter weather has been hard on everyone. I’m sure he figured that everything would work itself out with time – and it probably would have. You just sped up the process by a lot. Congratulations on your ring being safe and sound and on your pending engagement. 🙂

I’m confused. What is ND? North Dakota? Or the name of the college?
