I’m so excited to share our proposal story! On Sunday he took me on a date to the Museum of Natural history in NYC. First we went to the planetarium because I love space then we went to the rare gems and minerals exhibit (he said that was supposed to be my hint, haha) and then he finally proposed in front of my favorite exhibit, which has a life-sized replica of a blue whale. Everyone saw and they congratulated us–it was so sweet and perfect. We’ve been together for 1.5 years and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him!!
The ring is a family heirloom on his mother’s side. It’s been in the family since the 1920’s! Details: 1.5 carat center stone with diamond and sapphire accents set in Platinum with original 1920’s Victorian style etchings.
