No, it isn’t dirty.
So, we put planning a VR on hold. My husband was stationed in Hawaii and he said that perhaps having a vow renewal would be a good idea here. I was swooming with how romantic it would be, remarrying on the beach and especially how easy it would be. I told my mom who curtly told me she would not go because she wouldn’t be able to afford the tickets. I realized it would not be fair to have a destination wedding like that so…it was decided to have it in California. Now, I told my husband that perhaps it would be a good idea to wait to plan this thing when we go back to California to live. He was talking about living here and I would personally love it. I love it here but how to plan a VR away from home? Any advice would be good and my God do I need the help.
By the way, I was having nervous gripes about the VR from hearing negative things about it from my grandma. Well, get this HER mother told me that when she married my great-grandfather they had a VR a mere month after getting married. She had to marry him before he left for the war and later they did a grand one. So I told my grandma..not one complaint. Our situation not quite the same as their situation seeing as how there was a war but I had to marry my husband before he left to boot camp.
