(Closed) Headache after working out

It really could be a number of things. Do you have any medical issues? What is your diet like? How much water are you drinking throughout the day? How long have you been working out? How long have you been experiencing the headaches? Do you get them at other times, etc. It really could be anything, but you def need to make sure you are drinking a lot of water throughout your day, as well as eating a balanced diet. If you are doing those things and your headaches will not go away, you may want to visit your doctor to be sure you don’t have an underlying issue.

@jatelynn:  My guess is dehydration!  Try to drink at least afull glass of water before working out. And then during and after as well!

This could be a lot of things but like Dancensations my first guess is dehydration. Also do you eat before or after you work out? What? How much water do you drink?
