bellaasoleil:  i would do both. Cathedral veils look amazing in pictures. And since its a cathedral veil, you wont be wearing it the whole night, just for the ceremony and some pictures.

If you found out your fiance isn’t crazy about veils, I personally would skip the veil!  I think flowers in your hair would be so pretty with that dress.

The Cathedral veil is dramatic and adds to this dress. It’s simple but has a kick with sexy. I say also go with flower headpiece to compliment the veil. When pictures are finished, you’ll remove it for the reception and can go on with your flowers.

As much as his opinion matters and I know we as brides try to meet their approval for how we look on the day, it’s also YOUR day. When you think back to how you looked then, do what would make you smile and feel amazing. Some guys don’t have much of a sense when it comes to a bride.

My husband said he hated seeing poofy dresses i.e. ball gowns. I have curves and he wanted to see them. I tried to compromise with a fit and flare dress, but at the end of the day I had to do what I was most comfortable with and met my vision of me as a bride. I went with my ball gown and corsette which he loved.

    Be true to you
