This is my dress. I bought a headband that is very “blingy”. I also have a slight large “blingy” necklace and earrings. Now that I am 4 days away from the wedding I am starting to think it is too much. Should I just do a flower in my hair? What are your thoughts?

I don’t think it’s too much at all! Beautiful dress btw. I love bling and I don’t think you’ll be over the top at all.

I think that could be a bit too much. What about swapping for a simple, delicate necklace or set of earrings?

Do whatever makes you feel beautiful, flower, headpiece whatever you love. Considering the style of the dress, I think a flower would look nice.

I think it could be too much. I say go with the headpiece and simple earrings. or headpiece and simple necklace. Remeber there is also detail on the dress and you dont want the sparkle/flowers to over power you.

I agree with the girls who said to choose one blingy accessory, and then go more simple with the other. However, that being said, without seeing the accessories it’s hard to say, because it might really look great together, and we might all be visulaizing it differently. The good news though is that your dress is stunning with a simple elegance that allows for some really stand-out accessories. So maybe the extra bling at the top of your head balances out the bling at the waist! 🙂
If it were me (I tend to be a minimalist when it comes to accessories), I would choose one or the other. But, this is your wedding, and I think if you liked this combo originally, trust that instinct! Don’t second guess yourself! 🙂
Hope to see pics after your big day! Congrats!

The dress has bling, so I’d limit the bling-y accessories. Do you have a photo of the headpiece? Or the flower?
